Kaia or Lily?

Hello! Please, help me decide between [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. What name do you like more soundwise?
[name_m]Will[/name_m] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] get lost in the sea of “[name_f]Lily[/name_f]” names? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think that correcting the spelling of [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] (not [name_u]Kaya[/name_u], [name_f]Kaja[/name_f], [name_f]Kaiya[/name_f] etc.) would be an issue?

I prefer kaia over lily. [name_m]Feel[/name_m] like there are too many [name_f]Lily[/name_f]’s. Also prefer the [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] spelling

I think [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] is lovely - it’s a little more quirky than [name_f]Lily[/name_f], which is delightful. I wouldn’t worry about spelling.

Kaia! I don’t think spelling would be too big of an issue. [name_m]Just[/name_m] say it is [name_u]Kai[/name_u] with an a at the end. There are so many Lilys and girls with [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a nickname. [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] is a little more fresh.

I love [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as it’s one of my favorites! But if you’re afraid of it being too popular I would suggest going with the less common route and choosing [name_f]Kaia[/name_f]! However I do also like the spelling [name_f]Kya[/name_f]! It has the same “y” as [name_f]Lily[/name_f] so maybe that’s appealing to you!

Kaia!!

I prefer [name_f]Lily[/name_f] soundwise. It is very popular, but it is just so lovely, and I do love the flower.
If popularity is a concern for you, I would go with [name_f]Kaia[/name_f], its an equally great name!
I think maybe you might encounter a bit of spelling confusion, similiar to [name_f]Maia[/name_f]/Maya, but I cant imagine it being a huge issue!

Kaia.

My favorite is [name_f]Lily[/name_f].
I prefer [name_f]Gaia[/name_f], [name_f]Maia[/name_f] and [name_f]Naia[/name_f] over [name_f]Kaia[/name_f].

I really like [name_f]Kaia[/name_f]. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is a bit of a tongue twister to me. I like the way it looks more than the sound. I don’t think the spelling of [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] would be a huge issue.

I love [name_f]Lily[/name_f]! [name_m]Even[/name_m] with how common it is, I think it’s gorgeous.

Kaia is fantastic. Bold, bright and full of kick

I prefer [name_f]Lily[/name_f] in general, and that because [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] does have so many spellings, it might be a bit frustrating.

I prefer [name_f]Kaia[/name_f]. It’s more unique and has such a strong, slightly exotic vibe.

Another vote for [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] - I do prefer a less common name! I think your concerns about spelling are justified, but it does feel like you’ve picked the most common and intuitive spelling. It’s the best you can do! I’ve been correcting people on the spelling and pronunciation of my name for my whole life. It was annoying as a kid but I couldnt care less as an adult. I just spent a week in the hospital where they thought my name was [name_f]Tania[/name_f]. I’d rather be a [name_f]Tiana[/name_f] with a sometimes misunderstood name than something more common

I find [name_f]Lily[/name_f] quite boring and also cutesy. Would wonder if its short for any of the other [name_f]Lily[/name_f] names. Its strange because I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] but [name_f]Lily[/name_f], Im like ehh.

I really like [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] - thats so so pretty. This is [name_f]Cindy[/name_f] [name_m]Crawford[/name_m]’s daughter’s name so I think this spelling is pretty well known so I wouldn’t worry about spelling. Very lovely choice. You could even do [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a combo! [name_f]Lily[/name_f] seems like a better middle name to me than a first name.
