[name]Hi[/name] everyone! I’m quite new here. Unfortunately, I am not a mother. However, much to my excitement, I’m going to be a big cousin again! This will be my first second cousin and I’m overly excited about his/her arrival!
I call my cousin’s unborn baby Belly Bean sometimes but most of the time I call the baby Roo or [name]Little[/name] Roo. As you may have guessed, it’s because my cousin being pregnant reminds me of a kangaroo and her little joey. Well, I want to purchase some really cute kangaroo themed baby items and have had very little luck finding any. 
[name]Do[/name] you all know of any web site or stores that carry any? I have already purchased a couple of Kanga & Roo (from the 100 Acre [name]Wood[/name]) books as well as a [name]Baby[/name] Roo plush animal. But the items do NOT have to be Kanga & Roo! 
Any kangaroo will do!

I bought myself a baby Roo from the Disney shop at the age of 23. I just couldn’t go past him!
I imagine Australian Geographic would have really good quality stuff - depending where you are though postage might be expensive.

I haven’t looked up any kangaroo-themed baby stuff, but I have looked around at infant-sized kangaroo costumes. I was thinking next Halloween, baby and I could dress as kangaroos and I could carry him in a baby bjorn as my “pocket”.
I think that would be a great idea, kungualex! And I have seen some adorable kangaroo Halloween costumes! I thought about getting one for [name]Little[/name] Roo but then realized he/she’s not really MY kid! Lol. So I figure Mommy will want to be the one to get that (although I’m not against sliding in my suggestions).

I think you have to find kangaroo themed baby items in ebay. Ebay is one of the most popular online shopping site that provide lots of theme based baby items so you can find kangaroo themed baby items.
Maybe anything with Kanga and Roo on it. I like the name Roo, by the way, were anyone to use it!
My DH had a friend named [name]Ariel[/name] that went by Roo/[name]Rue[/name], not sure how she spelled it.

dresdendoll: I found only one Kanga and Roo onesie. Gonna see if I can find some more because I just love them. And thanks! I think “Roo” is the perfect nickname, especially since I don’t know her baby’s sex and I can’t stand saying “it” or “him or her.” Lol.
