I like Kanoa. For some reason when I was sounding out Kainoa it made me think of quinoa. I don’t know enough about Hawaiian names to know much of meanings or authenticity but Kanoa seems very wearable, like a fresh twist on the popular [name_u]Noah[/name_u].
Neither are my taste, but I prefer Kanoa. Kainoa doesn’t roll off my tongue in the same way Kanoa does.

Kanoa is Hawaiian for “the free one” and Kainoa is Hawaiian for “the name”/“father’s namesake”/“junior”

I prefer Kanoa. Kainoa reminds me of Quinoa. Besides, I think Kanoa is wearable and special 
I like them both! Kanoa definitely feels more natural to say but both are handsome!
