I like the [name]Katherine[/name] spelling because part of my mom’s name is [name]Kay[/name], and I do believe that [name]Kay[/name] is a diminutive of [name]Katherine[/name], and also, seeing the spelling of “[name]Catherine[/name]” now suddenly reminds me that I have an acquaintance whose daughter’s name is [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Joy[/name]. I know this person only very briefly though. So, initially, I would prefer the spelling [name]Katherine[/name], for those two reasons.
Much prefer [name]Katherine[/name] [name]Joy[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]. Flows better and I just generally like those 3 names better than [name]Jacqueline[/name], [name]Eden[/name], or [name]Marie[/name]. I agree with pp, [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Joy[/name] [name]Noelle[/name] looks lovely.
Oh I just thought of something… “[name]Joy[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]” sounds very similar to “Joyeux Noël” which is French for “[name]Merry[/name] [name]Christmas[/name].” =\
