We’re not set on anything (much to my frustration) but my husband really loves [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] and I’m all for it. I’m with you and do not love the nickname possibility of [name_f]Katie[/name_f] (or [name_f]Kathy[/name_f] for that matter), but I love the full name and nicknames [name_f]Kat[/name_f], [name_f]Kitty[/name_f], or [name_f]Kate[/name_f].

I told my husband to choose a name because I am too fickle; I pick a name, love it for a week, and then move on. I really don’t want our child to have a “flavor of the week” name - I want her to have THE name. Unfortunately, my husband just told me he can’t pick a name either; he said he’ll be changing his mind until the end … Grrrrr

Thank goodness for this community!

I should add, I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] but not [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]; it makes her a prime candidate for a middle name.
