[name]Katia[/name] or [name]Katerina[/name]? Which do you like more? [name]Do[/name] they both work with a sister named [name]Alessandra[/name], and brother [name]Nathaniel[/name]?
[name]Dacey[/name] is a workable nn for [name]Candace[/name] right? Instead of [name]Candy[/name]? Is [name]Candace[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] a fair name combo?
[name]Lilia[/name] or [name]Lila[/name]? Which do you like more? Is [name]Lily[/name] still a viable nickname option for [name]Lila[/name] (prn LYE-lah)?
[name]Katia[/name] and [name]Katerina[/name] both have their great points. I prefer [name]Katerina[/name] personally though. I can see [name]Alessandra[/name], [name]Nathanial[/name] and [name]Katerina[/name].
I have never met a [name]Candace[/name] named [name]Candy[/name]. [name]Ever[/name]. [name]Dacey[/name] is very cute, if you call her [name]Dacey[/name], others will catch on! Not liking [name]Candace[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] though, too clunky maybe?
[name]Lila[/name]! Prefer [name]Lilah[/name]. And [name]Lily[/name] and [name]Lila[/name], for me anyway, are two separate names, it seems silly to name a girl [name]Lila[/name] and call her [name]Lily[/name], why not just name her [name]Lily[/name]?? [name]Lillian[/name] could get you both names though I think.
I’d call her [name]Lila[/name], but with me, nicknames just flow out. Like with the name [name]Luke[/name]/[name]Lucas[/name], after a while Lukalie (luke-ah-lie) just flows out as a nickname. I realized that with [name]Lila[/name], [name]Lily[/name] flows out as well. I’d mostly call her [name]Lila[/name] though for certain.
I definitely think [name]Katerina[/name] fits right in with the other names, plus it has the same syllable count as [name]Alessandra[/name]. This is one of my favorite names! Plus, for people unfamiliar with the more slavic name [name]Katia[/name], they might pronounce it ka-TEE-ah or like [name]Katie[/name] with an a on the end. [name]Katerina[/name] is straightforward, beautiful, mysterious, and has great nn potential if you wanted to go for that ^^
I think [name]Dacey[/name] is much better than [name]Candy[/name] for sure. [name]Candace[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] sounds nice, but people will probably make the connection and call her Cece or C.C.
I have loved the name [name]Lilia[/name] since I saw the movie The Ten Commandments as a little girl. I think it’s so much softer and more feminine than [name]Lila[/name]. You could also consider [name]Lilianna[/name] or [name]Lilla[/name] (pronounced just lily [name]Lily[/name], but ends in an a). I don’t think [name]Lily[/name] is a nn for [name]Lila[/name]. To me [name]Lila[/name] is a name without a nn.
Definitely [name]Katia[/name]. It sounds great with [name]Alessandra[/name]. Or I think you could go with [name]Katerina[/name] nn [name]Katia[/name] because as far as I know originally [name]Katia[/name] was a nickname for [name]Ekaterina[/name].
Yes, [name]Dacey[/name] works. I am not too fond of [name]Candace[/name], but there is nothing wrong with [name]Candace[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name].
I prefer [name]Lila[/name]. I think [name]Lily[/name] for [name]Lila[/name] (LYE-lah) is too much of a stretch.
I like both [name]Katerina[/name] and [name]Katia[/name]. They are Russian derived and [name]Katia[/name] is the pet form of [name]Katerina[/name] so you could call her [name]Katerina[/name] and shorten it to [name]Katia[/name]. Although it’s perfectly fine to name her just [name]Katya[/name], your other LOs have long full names so it would seem a little out of place to have too full names and a third which could be considered a nn.
[name]Dacey[/name] works fine though you could still get people trying for [name]Candy[/name]. [name]Candace[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] sounds fine.
I prefer [name]Lila[/name] to [name]Lilia[/name] - there’s too many ‘Ls’ for me in [name]Lilia[/name]. ‘LI’ (pronounced LIE) seems like a more obvious nn for [name]Lila[/name] but I don’t see any problem with a nn of [name]Lily[/name] for [name]Lila[/name]. You can use whatever nickname you want.
[name]How[/name] do you pronounce [name]Dacey[/name]? I know it’s a nn for [name]Candace[/name], but I’ve never actually heard it used. All the Candaces I know have been called [name]Candy[/name] at some point in their lives.
[name]Katerina[/name]! If you’re pronouncing it with 4 syllables, anyway. If you’re just saying it like ‘[name]Kat[/name]-reena’ then I think it’s OK, but I adore the ‘[name]Kat[/name]-ah-ree-nah’ pronunciation. [name]Katia[/name] is lovely too.
[name]Candace[/name] is OK. I think [name]Candy[/name] is ugly (makes me thing of the old guy from ‘Of Mice and Men’) but [name]Dacey[/name] is sort of cute. What about just [name]Darcy[/name]?
I prefer [name]Lila[/name]. So sweet! [name]Lilia[/name] is nice too, but a bit frilly and made up sounding to me.
