I adore [name_f]Keeley[/name_f], it’s been a firm favourite in my top 20 for years. It’s always seemed adorable while aging well & standing out enough without being OTT (for those that worry about that) IMO.
I equally like [name_f]Kaylee[/name_f], it’s cute & more well known which I know some people prefer however there’s so many different spellings that continuing to have to correct people on what version I’m using would drive me nuts.

It’s definitely early/mid 2000s vibe (maybe because of [name_m]Phil[/name_m] of the Future?)

I like [name_f]Keeley[/name_f] a lot - a pleasing sound - bright and airy - and it feels both established but contemporary too.
[name_f]Keeley[/name_f] feels a bit more sophisticated to me (maybe because of the actress?) and just simpler, breezier, more stylish
