So for the past few days I’ve been having this issue where every time I try to click on a blog post on the main page, go to the blogs manually, or really try to click on anything that isn’t:
A: Names (so like lists of names work as well as just the names in alphabetical order pages work)
B: Forums
I get a 503 service unavailable pop up. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve tried logging in, staying logged out and even making a completely new account to see if that would help and I’m still getting the error.
If you’ve had this error is there any way to fix it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I’ve been getting that error also but I think it’s only when trying to read the blog. Heh, it seems like whoever is IT for this website must be busy…
I’ve also been having that error since Friday.
I have been getting that since Friday as well! I can’t look at the blogs or the lists, anything on the main page.
I’ve had this issue when trying to click from the main page onto the blog too. Not sure about elsewhere on the site.
I think this issue is fixed now. Let me know if you’re still getting an error message.

yep i keep getting those error 503’s also. I have to refresh the page like 5 times til it loads it properly :s

I’v been having this error with just about every link I try to click on here on NB. Sometimes I have to refresh a page three or four times in order to get where I want or to even post a comment.
I have been having the same issue. It went on most of yesterday and still having issues this morning. I have tried using google and safari and it is happening with both.
I had to refresh a few times just to post this.
I’m getting them again too, and it is only on the forum pages apparently. The other pages load very slowly for me, but they usually work. I really love this site, but between this and the spammers, I may have to say goodbye to it. These things don’t happen everyday, but they happen often enough that I can hardly even use this site anymore 
I understand that the mods can only do so much and I appreciate all they do…I just don’t know if I can keep spending time on something that just doesn’t work.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you know that [name_f]Pam[/name_f] was contacted late last night about this issue. [name_m]Hugh[/name_m] will try to fix this today. 
Oh thank god it’s not just me! I’ve been getting it on everything I click on on NB since a few days ago; not sure exactly when it started. So aggravating!

I’m still getting the error every now and then, but if I refresh enough the page eventually loads!
