[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Keira[/name_f], both with your last name and with [name_m]Declan[/name_m]. I like the shared hard C sound among all three names, and [name_m]Declan[/name_m] and [name_f]Keira[/name_f] feel like a stylistic match.

Plus, I feel like the others are a bit over-used… [name_f]Isla[/name_f] in particular is too popular for my liking at the moment.
I voted [name_f]Isla[/name_f], but I really love [name_f]Keira[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] equally. I adore [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as well, but slightly prefer the other two with the brother name and the surname.
I love [name_f]Keira[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Aria[/name_f], and [name_f]Eliana[/name_f]. I think any of them would work super well!

My favourites are [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliana[/name_f]. [name_f]Keira[/name_f] does also go nicely, but it’s not really my taste

I love the name [name_m]Declan[/name_m].
Here are my thoughts for a little sister:
[name_f]Keira[/name_f]-I don’t know how to feel about this name. It has a nice sound, & I like it w/[name_m]Declan[/name_m] & McNeil. It sort of bugs me though that this isn’t the original spelling & was only made popular by an actress. I would love [name_f]Ciara[/name_f] for you spelled that way. It seems more classic.
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]-This is a beautiful classic. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] McNeil sounds distinguished, & [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is adorable on a little one. It’s very well known, but not terribly over done & goes well w/[name_m]Declan[/name_m].
[name_f]Isla[/name_f]-I like this name. It’s Gaelic, cool spelling, pretty sound, but it’s unfortunately getting so trendy.
[name_f]Aria[/name_f]-This is uber trendy too. And it’s because of TV characters, which kind of makes me not care for it.
[name_f]Eilidh[/name_f]-This got my vote! It’s similar to [name_f]Isla[/name_f], but more unique & interesting.
[name_f]Eliana[/name_f]-This is lovely. It’s not my first pick for you, but it’s a great name.

My favorite name from your list is [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! I love that name! [name_f]Keira[/name_f] sounds beautiful with your last name and it goes very well with [name_m]Declan[/name_m]. [name_f]Keira[/name_f] is a lovely name.
I believe [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliana[/name_f] are great options for [name_m]Declan[/name_m]'s little sister too.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] got my vote - such a great little name, both sweet with a nice little zest. If growing popularity doesn’t bother you so much, [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is fantastic and I think she works brilliantly as sister for [name_m]Declan[/name_m].
My thoughts as well. [name_f]Keira[/name_f] seems just right.
[name_f]Keira[/name_f] is great! I actually have [name_m]Declan[/name_m] and [name_f]Keira[/name_f] as a sibset so obviously I think they go well together. [name_f]Keira[/name_f] McNeil also flows (I love the repeating “ei”)
[name_m]Declan[/name_m] & [name_f]Isla[/name_f] McNeil seriously sounds perfect to me.
Had it been [name_f]Ciara[/name_f] rather than [name_f]Keira[/name_f] then that probably would have won my vote.
[name_f]Keira[/name_f] all the way! [name_f]Isla[/name_f] would be my second choice.
