Keyon's Origins

I’m curious about the name [name]Keyon[/name] (mostly cuz it’s pronunciation is really close to a great potential Chinese name for our 1/2 Chinese baby on the way), but am not sure if it’s an actual name in and of itself (originally) or just a name built from a string of variations. Several sites (including nameberry), list it as meaning ‘guiding; leading’ in English, while many others list it as being a variation of other names ([name]Kian[/name]/[name]Cian[/name], [name]Keon[/name], [name]Ewan[/name], etc). Anyone out there know anything about this name that might be helpful in discovering it’s actual origins?
