Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Expecting!

[name]Kanye[/name] announced at a concert that he and [name]Kim[/name] are expecting. A few articles say she is about 12 weeks.

So what do you think, berries? [name]Will[/name] they choose a popular first name with a bit of flair in the middle, like [name]Kim[/name]'s nephew and niece ([name]Mason[/name] [name]Dash[/name] and [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Scotland[/name]) or something unexpected but acessble, like friends [name]Jay[/name] Z and [name]Beyonce[/name] ([name]Blue[/name] [name]Ivy[/name])?

I expect the baby to be named something that is equal parts horrible and trashy (I mean, just look at its parents). And I’m sure the name will begin with a K since, Kardashian tradition aside, both [name]Kim[/name] and [name]Kanye[/name]'s names do and they’re both incredibly narcassistic. Oh and the middle name will probably be something ridiculously pretentious, like Tsar/Czar.

I’m going to be bold and predict Kairo (yes with a K) for a girl and [name]King[/name] for a boy.

This no doubt.

The child’s name is going to start with a K. I think a boy will be named [name]King[/name] [name]West[/name], I can completely see it. In fact, we probably just inspired them. ([name]Hi[/name] [name]Kim[/name] and [name]Kanye[/name]!)

I can see Kardashian sitting in the middle on a boy or girl, and I see double middles happening, especially a girl.

Something like [name]Kierra[/name] Donda Kardashian [name]West[/name] for a girl, Donda after his mother. I can see [name]Don[/name] in the middle for a boy.
And I can see a [name]Don[/name] [name]Robert[/name] Kardashian [name]West[/name] for a boy, or [name]King[/name] [name]Robert[/name] Kardashian [name]West[/name].

Other K names I see being used are:
[name]Kiersten[/name]
[name]Kaylie[/name]
[name]Kalinda[/name]
[name]Kallista[/name]
[name]Kamaria[/name]
[name]Kamilah[/name] - It means “perfection” and fits [name]Kim[/name]'s exotic air
[name]Karina[/name]
[name]Katrina[/name]
[name]Kashmir[/name]
[name]Katarina[/name]
[name]Kassia[/name]
[name]Keira[/name]
[name]Kelsey[/name]
[name]Kenya[/name]
[name]Kerensa[/name] (which I love)
[name]Keturah[/name]
[name]Kiara[/name]
[name]Kinsley[/name]
[name]Kristal[/name]/[name]Krystal[/name]
[name]Kyla[/name]

I only did girls ones because I cannot see them passing up [name]King[/name] for a boy. At all. [name]Ever[/name].

I don’t necessarily think they will do the K thing…though [name]Kinga[/name], Kairo or [name]King[/name] all wouldn’t be surprising.
An ego name like Tsar or [name]King[/name]/[name]Kinga[/name] wouldn’t shock me either

I would be shocked by a popular or run-of-the-mill name. I do think [name]Kanye[/name] is innovative & wants to be distinctive and I think anything close to familiar won’t happen.

Made up sounding name or naturey/word name could work…but more slick than hippie-ish like [name]Silver[/name] maybe?

I think it will suck. They aren’t terribly intelligent people and any attempt to be nouveau will probably fall horribly flat in the predictable Hollywood ways (hello, [name]Audio[/name] [name]Science[/name], [name]Bronx[/name]-not-[name]Brooklyn[/name], [name]Kal[/name]-[name]El[/name], etc).

[name]Kim[/name] has no talents save marketing her own brand. She can’t act, sing, dance and is too short & fat to model. That Kardashian name is what’s putting bread on the table… I absolutely expect the kid to have a K name, just to spin things out for as long as possible.

I shudder to think.

I’ll go with the K theme and say [name]Kate[/name] if it’s a girl, since [name]Kim[/name] seems to have a slight [name]Kate[/name] Middleton obsession.
For a boy, Kairo and [name]King[/name] are good guesses. Or maybe Konan.

Kimbra for a girl perhaps? Or maybe that’s too close to [name]Kimberly[/name]. I could imagine [name]Kanye[/name] would want to honor his mum, Donda, in some way. Something as tacky as Kimye could be a possibility too.
[name]King[/name] or Emperor is a very good guess for a boy, a little [name]Kanye[/name] [name]Omari[/name] [name]West[/name] [name]Jr[/name]. wouldn’t surprise me either.

Kimye is their celebrity couple name, so I don’t think they’d do that, but a [name]Kanye[/name] [name]Omari[/name] [name]West[/name] [name]Jr[/name]. is totally a high possibility.

Oh, I also expect that if they have a baby of the same gender as [name]Kate[/name] Middleton and [name]Prince[/name] [name]William[/name], that they will use a name that’s some how connected. Such as if the Royals have a [name]William[/name] [name]Jr[/name]. they’ll have a [name]Liam[/name], or maybe even [name]Willa[/name]/[name]Willow[/name] if it’s a girl.

I also see them waiting obnoxiously long to announce the name, but rushing to sell [name]Kim[/name]'s childbirthing photos.

Headlines something like:
“[name]Kim[/name]'s intimate moments with her mystery named baby!”

That’s exactly why I think that might be a name they’d use, lol, they seem tacky enough to name their kid that, if you know what I mean.

What ever it is, I have no doubt it will be tacky and attention getting, and probably start with a K. A friend of mine was joking that since they love [name]Beyonce[/name] so much, they’ll probably name it [name]Teal[/name] [name]Leaf[/name] or something like that to be like [name]Blue[/name] [name]Ivy[/name], haha.

I agree with all of the predictions that [name]Kanye[/name] and [name]Kim[/name]'s child will receive a tacky “K” name which, much to our horror, will rocket up the charts the following year.

If sticking with the K theme and perhaps incorporating [name]King[/name]- it could possibly be : [name]Kingston[/name], [name]Kingsley[/name], [name]Knight[/name], [name]Kenton[/name], and [name]Kendrick[/name].

Or something that relates to royalty (well, at least to their idea):
[name]Ashanti[/name]
[name]Queenie[/name] (Gosh, I hope not.)
[name]Duke[/name]
[name]Prince/name
[name]Royal[/name]
[name]Juno[/name]
[name]Tiana[/name]
[name]Sarai[/name]
[name]Sara/name
[name]Soraya[/name]
[name]Royce[/name]
[name]Bodi[/name]

Or something that refers to fortune/wealth in some way:

Cash/Kash
Cashel/Kashel
Aureli(us)(a)(o)
Goldie
Silver
Cressida/Kressida

Or something that has god(dess) in it’s meaning:
[name]Amadeus[/name]/[name]Amadeo[/name]
[name]Apollo/name
[name]Atlas[/name]
[name]Bridgett[/name]
[name]Godfrey[/name]
[name]Eros[/name]
[name]Hannibal[/name]
[name]Isabelle[/name]

Then again, it can be something totally unexpected like [name]Luna[/name] or [name]Zeno[/name] or [name]Amelia[/name] or [name]William[/name], lol.

Ahhh, you raise a good point on that, lol. I hadn’t looked at it that way.

I agree with @natural, with her ideas of [name]Knight[/name], [name]Duke[/name] ([name]Duke[/name] from the [name]Rocky[/name] 4 movie anyone?), [name]Apollo[/name] and [name]Godfrey[/name].

[name]Kanye[/name]'s compared himself to [name]Jesus[/name] before, I can see him using something “God” like.

[name]One[/name] of our great leaders ([name]Pam[/name]) was asked to make predictions for Huffington Post.

Thanks for the link maggiemary! Now I am poised to mark [name]Calista[/name] off my list though. Fingers crossed it won’t happen

I agree with everybody else, probably something with a K and over the top.

I hope they don’t use [name]Kai[/name], lol. Although I like it as a middle name, it may be up their alley too. Who knows?

Kaleida, perhaps?
