I like it on both boys and girls but if I had to choose I’d say boy

I’ve had it on my boy list for longer, but I recently read three books with women characters named [name_u]Kit[/name_u], and I have to say, it’s pretty irresistible on a little girl, too! Now it’s a top choice on both lists for me.

I prefer it on boys/men.

There’s an American Girl doll character called [name_u]Kit[/name_u], so I’ve always thought of it as a girls’ name. But that’s just me.

I have a boy [name_u]Kit[/name_u], but I love it on a girl too, along with [name_f]Kitty[/name_f].

I would say that it feels fresher and feistier on a girl, and a little bit more “cuddly” on a boy, but still traditional.

I’ve had it on my list for a boy which we really like, but I’ve been liking it on a girl as well recently. I think it works equally for both but with a different feel.
