We have a little boy on the way. He is the first after 3 girls whose names all end in either “ie” or “y”. Should we stick to the ending and go with [name]Landry[/name], or try something different and go with [name]Landon[/name]?
I would go with [name]Landon[/name]. [name]Landry[/name] just makes me think of [name]Tom[/name] [name]Landry[/name].
I think if you want to keep the trend going, you could do all the girl names with an ie/y at the end and boys with and N, that would be cute.
I definitely like [name]Landon[/name] better. It sounds more masculine. I think it’s ok to have the girls all end in ie/y and the boys different.
I also prefer [name]Landon[/name] over [name]Landry[/name]. We know of a little girl recently named [name]Landry[/name] and my husband refers to her name as “laundry.”
I agree with the others, I prefer [name]Landon[/name]. I know two babies named [name]Landry[/name] that were born in the past couple years, and both are baby girls. [name]Landon[/name] or [name]Linden[/name] are more masculine.
I prefer [name]Landon[/name] because [name]Landry[/name] reminds me of laundry.
Well, I prefer [name]Landry[/name]
[name]Landry[/name]! [name]Landon[/name] is so overdone.
I’d go for [name]Landry[/name]!
[name]Landon[/name] for me! [name]Landry[/name] seems a bit pretentious to me, honestly (sorry!), and I like that [name]Landon[/name] would distinguish him from his sisters and give him a bit of his own identity. You could even call him [name]Landry[/name] as a nn, if you wanted to, I think.
I like [name]Landon[/name] better, [name]Landry[/name] make me think of Laundry
