), familiar but not super popular and easy to pronounce in other languages! I feel like [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] is one of those names with the perfect balance between sweet and bouncy while still feeling mature and aging well.
As for the boys, [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] gets my vote! The meaning is adorable (friend of the deers 
), it offers the nickname [name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] which is also sweet and is multicultural and easy to spell.

If you’re a bit concerned with popularity, I would take [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] (#59) and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] (#14) off your girls list as they’re both in the top 100 (in the USA, at least) and [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] has been rising but she’s still safe so that leaves you [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] & Rose/Rosa.
[name_f][/name_f]For the boys, [name_m]James[/name_m] is #4[name_f][/name_f] in the USA so I’d steer clear of it. The others are fairly less common although I’d imagine [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] especially will trend upward over the coming years.
[name_f][/name_f]Personally, I would go with Rose/Rosa over [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and for either [name_m]Julius[/name_m] or [name_m]Vincent[/name_m].
