[name]Laura[/name] Ling welcomed a daughter yesterday ([name]JUNE[/name] 3RD 2010) with her husband [name]Iain[/name] [name]Clayton[/name]. The baby was named: Li [name]Jefferson[/name] [name]Clayton[/name].
Li was after [name]Laura[/name]'s sister, [name]Lisa[/name] and [name]Jefferson[/name] was after former president [name]Clinton[/name].
The baby was born healthy at 8 lbs., 2 oz.

I thought it was a pretty clever way to use both names. What an ordeal she has been through.
I think Li is cute. I’m a [name]Lisa[/name] that gets called Li by my close friends. I think they honored the people that are important to them very nicely. [name]Jefferson[/name] normally wouldn’t be my favorite, but in this case I think it’s fitting.
I didn’t love the name at first site, however once I thought about the meaning I liked it more and more.
