I would pronounce them differently - Lavinia (La-vini-ah) versus Lavinya (La-vin-yah) so I think Lavinya works better for the pronunciation you’re going for, and Love is very sweet! Luvvie, Anya, Layla, Neva or Nina could also work.
Second, and just as a wildcard, my favourite Love name is Lovella - which also gives you Wolfie because of its meaning.
