What is it like being an officer of the law and being a mum? Did you leave the force before you became a mother, or did you join after, or did you remain in the force?
I would like to think of policing as a ‘lifetime career’ but I’ve read recently that most people leave after seven to eight years. I would [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] to become a police officer and plan to join and go to the academy in the beginning of 2015, but having children is also very important to me and I would like to know how it all fits together.
