I love [name]Lazaro[/name], it’s on our “short” list.
I love the name [name]Lazlo[/name] (obviously, it’s in my signature!) so that’s my vote. I like them all a lot though.
I really like [name]Lazarus[/name], but I think any of them could work.
I’m not really a fan of the nn Laz, though. When I type it, it looks like I’m going for “Lazy” but was just too lazy to finish it.
I’d definitely have to say [name]Lazlo[/name] (or [name]Laszlo[/name]) because I’m a big Casablanca fan 
With [name]Josef[/name], I think [name]Laszlo[/name] (this spelling) and [name]Lazaro[/name] would be fine. If you don’t mind the Biblical story of [name]Lazarus[/name], I think the name would be wonderful with [name]Josef[/name]. [name]Eleazar[/name] is ok but it’s never been a fave of mine.
