Why not? [name_f]Lea[/name_f] definitely could and [name_f]Leah[/name_f] would make the pronunciation easier for others
Sure. I would probably spell it [name_f]Lea[/name_f] just because the letters are there, but it’s totally up to you.
I think [name_f]Lea[/name_f] would definitely work as a nn for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. I do like it better without the H, just for the sleeker feel, but if the softness of the H is what you like, go for it
