Definitely usable. I wouldn’t personally choose it, but it’s got an appealing choice of nicknames - [name_u]Lee[/name_u], [name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_m]Ander[/name_m], [name_u]Andy[/name_u].
I agree that it’s definitely usable. There are other -ander names I prefer (with [name_m]Leander[/name_m] I can’t help but think meander, I’m a bit weird :P) but it is a very handsome name.
I think [name_m]Leander[/name_m] is nice, also usable.
