Lem?

is the name [name_m]Lem[/name_m] too short? I dont like [name_m]Lemuel[/name_m]. Overall opinion on [name_m]Lem[/name_m]?

I’ve never heard it before but it reminds me of [name_u]Clem[/name_u] which I like. I think [name_m]Lem[/name_m] could grow on me and I think it works as a full name

I prefer multi syllable names personally. But if short and sweet is your thing I don’t see why it can’t work. I call my son Lemy. His name is [name_u]Lennon[/name_u], but that got nicknamed to lemon and lemon got nicknamed to Lemy. So it does feel familiar to me.

I don’t see why it can’t work, it reminds me of [name_u]Gus[/name_u] which is widely used as a full name. It’s sweet.

I would probably use [name_m]Lem[/name_m] only as a shortened version of another name, but that is just me. I do like it though.

I think I’d prefer [name_m]Lem[/name_m] as a nn.

Full name suggestions (some may be a stretch)…
[name_m]Clement[/name_m]
[name_u]Bellamy[/name_u]
[name_m]Flemming[/name_m]
[name_m]Willem[/name_m]/ [name_m]William[/name_m]
[name_m]Lambert[/name_m]
[name_m]Callum[/name_m]
[name_m]Malcolm[/name_m]

I would use [name_m]Willem[/name_m] or [name_m]Liam[/name_m] and call him [name_m]Lem[/name_m].

I like it a lot, I don’t see why it can’t work! Makes me think of Stanisław [name_m]Herman[/name_m] [name_m]Lem[/name_m].
