Lennox, Ellis or Flynn?

We are trying to decide on a name for our baby boy, but having a lot of trouble finding something we both love!

[name]Lennox[/name], [name]Ellis[/name] and [name]Flynn[/name] are our top names at the moment, with [name]Flynn[/name] being DH’s favorite and [name]Lennox[/name] being mine.

Which name would you choose out of these 3? And would love to hear any other suggestions of similar names if anyone has any

[name]Lennox[/name] and [name]Ellis[/name] are fine names, just not my style. I love [name]Flynn[/name] though, so that’s what I’m voting for. Good luck!

I vote for [name]Flynn[/name] too! Classic, strong, stylish, love it! [name]Lennox[/name] would be second pick. [name]Ellis[/name] could get teasing…same pronunciation as [name]Alice[/name]? Seems a tad feminine. Others…

[name]Remy[/name]
[name]Rhys[/name]
[name]Hugo[/name]
[name]Blake[/name]
[name]Quinn[/name]
[name]Emrys[/name]
[name]Logan[/name]
[name]Vaughn[/name]
[name]Owen[/name]
[name]Kingsley[/name]
[name]Finn[/name]
[name]Ruben[/name]
[name]Edan[/name]
[name]Hudson[/name]
[name]Mannix[/name]
[name]Aston[/name]
[name]Aden[/name]

I like [name]Ellis[/name] the best. [name]Flynn[/name] would be my second choice. [name]Lennox[/name] would be third.

Suggestions:

[name]Felix[/name]
[name]Flint[/name]
[name]Lennon[/name]
[name]Maddox[/name]
[name]Quinn[/name]
[name]Levi[/name]
[name]Harris[/name]
[name]Elias[/name]
[name]Brady[/name]
[name]Lawson[/name]
[name]Finley[/name]
[name]Finn[/name]
[name]Finnegan[/name]
[name]Fintan[/name]

I like all 3 names…I’d have to know how they sound with your surname to make a choice.

I like [name]Lennox[/name] and [name]Flynn[/name]. But… I know a little boy named [name]Lennox[/name] which is probably why I like it and [name]Flynn[/name] is just dashing! I will probably have to go with [name]FLYNN[/name] on this one. I just love the vibe it gives off and I can picture it on a baby, child and adult easily. [name]Lennox[/name] is nice but its a rough name overall. Especially with the X ending.

I’d go with [name]Lennox[/name] or [name]Flynn[/name]. [name]Ellis[/name]’ nickname would likely be [name]Elle[/name] which is going for the feminine side. I’m curious to know what sort of last name in terms of first initial and number of syllables to work with to balance things out.

[name]Flynn[/name] is so cute. I know of a few girls named [name]Ellis[/name] and I think [name]Lennox[/name] is cute but [name]Flynn[/name] will age better.

[name]Love[/name] [name]Lennox[/name] and [name]Flynn[/name]. [name]Flynn[/name] also makes a great middle name, e.g. [name]Ellis[/name] [name]Flynn[/name].

[name]Love[/name] [name]Ellis[/name] as a boys name. My psychology teacher has a son named [name]Ellis[/name] who’s around 18 or 19, and things have gone well for him.
[name]Lennox[/name] is too trendy for my tastes, and [name]Flynn[/name] just isn’t as appealing to me as [name]Ellis[/name].

[name]Flynn[/name] is dashing!

[name]Ellis[/name] all the way!

I love all three, [name]Ellis[/name] and [name]Flynn[/name] are names on my list.
I actually have [name]Ellis[/name] as a girl’s name, only because it’s my mother-in-law’s maiden name and we want to use it. But I adore [name]Ellis[/name] regardless of gender.
[name]Lennox[/name] is really trendy. And nickname [name]Lenny[/name] is also very cool.
[name]Flynn[/name] is adorable, I love it. It’s soft and sweet, but still trendy.

I think [name]Flynn[/name] is my favourite. Second [name]Lennox[/name], third [name]Ellis[/name].

[name]Ellis[/name] is my favorite, I think it sounds so handsome. [name]Flynn[/name] is also great though I vastly prefer [name]Finn[/name] <3. I like Lennox as well but much prefer Lennon.

I love [name]Flynn[/name]! I actually like all 3 names! [name]Ellis[/name] does seem a bit feminine to me.

Thanks so much for all your replies and help! I think we’ll take [name]Ellis[/name] off the list as DH also thinks it sounds a bit feminine.
Nice to hear lots of positive feedback on [name]Flynn[/name], I was a bit unsure if maybe we were playing it a bit ‘safe’ with [name]Flynn[/name], as [name]Lennox[/name] is definitely different and uncommon. But it’s good to hear so many people like it, I’m still not sure which one I like more, I change my mind all the time

None are really my personal style, but I’d vote for [name]Lennox[/name]. I considered it as a middle name because it’s a place special to my husband and I (town in the Berkshire Mountains).

[name]Ellis[/name]! Then [name]Flynn[/name]. [name]Lennox[/name] is just starting to be used for girls, and who knows but that they might keep it.
