I love both names but I think I prefer [name_m]Julian[/name_m] with [name_f]Nina[/name_f].

With [name_f]Nina[/name_f] as a possible sister name and [name_m]Janek[/name_m] as the preferred middle name, I would go with [name_m]Leo[/name_m]. Though I also love [name_m]Julian[/name_m], it has a different vibe to me than [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_m]Leo[/name_m]. Also, just looking at the combo [name_m]Julian[/name_m] [name_m]Janek[/name_m], I would find pronunciation a little confusing. I’m familiar with Polish names, so I automatically would pronounce [name_m]Janek[/name_m] with a “y” sound, but I would wonder if [name_m]Julian[/name_m] was also meant to pronounced as a Polish name or an English name.
