Let me know what you think of these names!

[name]Essie[/name] (yes, inspired by my favorite nail polish)

Laikyn (Is anyone else surprised this name isn’t in the top 1000??)

Nylee

[name]Myla[/name]

Maylee (would you spell it differently?)

Based on these names, and my typical favorite, [name]Tenley[/name], what other names do you think I might like? Thanks!

Also, if you’re bored or something please feel free to make up some middle names for me! My last name is 1 syllable, heavy on the “s” sound.

Anyone?? ?

Uh, sorry, I only like [name]Myla[/name] (still prefer [name]Mila[/name] though, but [name]Myla[/name] is pretty too).

Thanks for your response. I know some of these are “trendier” than some people’s taste on here.

None of your names are my taste but I like [name]Essie[/name] as a nickname only (eg. [name]Essence[/name], [name]Esther[/name], [name]Estella[/name]/[name]Estelle[/name], [name]Agnes[/name], [name]Celeste[/name], Cresside, Desirée, [name]Esperanza[/name], [name]Jessamine[/name]). I don’t think any girl would want to be named after a nail polish. [name]Laken[/name] is the usual spelling for Laikyn. Nylee and Maylee have pretty sounds but I don’t really like the spellings (they look like two sounds smooshed together rather than names). [name]Mei[/name] Li is a lovely Chinese spelling but it may be hard to pull off if you have no [name]Asian[/name] background. [name]Myla[/name] is ok but I have an aversion to random y’s thrown around.

Names like [name]Tenley[/name]…[name]Tinley[/name], [name]Bellamy[/name], [name]Brinley[/name], [name]Darcy[/name], [name]Ainsley[/name], [name]Paisley[/name], [name]Aubrey[/name], [name]Delaney[/name], [name]Waverly[/name], [name]Oakley[/name], [name]Hadley[/name], [name]Hartley[/name], [name]Landry[/name], [name]Mallory[/name], [name]Ridley[/name], [name]Quincy[/name], [name]Kelsey[/name], [name]Kiley[/name]/[name]Kylie[/name], [name]Lacey[/name]

These are way trendy for my tastes, but I think [name]Essie[/name] could work on a nickname front (I just really don’t see it as being a great name on a grown woman), [name]Myla[/name] is cute, and [name]Tenley[/name] is good. Nylee and Maylee are that trendy sound, but seem too made up to me, and I honestly really dislike Laikyn. It takes everything I dislike about trendy names and smooshes them into one name…

Thanks for your input guys! @mischa I really like [name]Bellamy[/name], but worry about the super popular nn [name]Bella[/name]. I also really like [name]Oakley[/name] for a boy! Thanks for your input guys!
