What are your honest thoughts on [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]?
[name_m]Lewis[/name_m] enjoyed some popularity in the 1880s and early 1900s before petering out. It was never mega popular peaking around 41 in a time when names were less diverse, has always in the top 1000, and has seen a small uptick in the 2010s. Is it an underused vintage classic ready to fit alongside the likes of [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_f]Cora[/name_f]? Why or why not?

I love [name_m]Lewis[/name_m]! It recently made its way into my top 10. I like that it’s recognizable but unusual. It feels warm and grandpa-ish (in a good way!) and has a Scottish flair to it. I’m not sure that I would call it classic, but it is timeless with a classic feel.
@southern.maple you took the words right out of my head! But, I didn’t know if it was just me :P.
Anyone else have thoughts?
It’s one of my favourite names.
I’m surprised that it’s not more popular.
[name_m]Lewis[/name_m] and [name_f]Cora[/name_f] would be a great sibset.
