Saw this name on a blog comment somewhere. It has an intriguing look all smushed together. What do you think?
Weeeelllll… It sounds like a form of sugar to me like sucrose or glucose.
I’m not keen prefer just [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] then [name_f]Rose[/name_f] if that makes sense
i think i would prefer it as Lexi-Rose, this spelling made me want to pronounce it as lex-ih-rose rather than lex-ee-rose. Although i do also just not like [name_u]Lexi[/name_u]
I’m not a huge [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] fan so this could be partly biased, but I don’t feel like the names mesh well together, visually or in general… Perhaps a double barrel or a first and middle combo instead of it being one FN?
I’m not a fan personally. Although I guess it’s fine if it isn’t for a current baby, as it feels very dated to me. I think [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would’ve been nicer too.
Lexirose really just reminds me of Lexapro so
This has British vibes lol. It’s our take on [name_f]Braelynn[/name_f] and the alike. I don’t like it but like [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] as a nn and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a mn.
I agree with others that Lexi-Rose or [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] feel more approachable. Lexirose unfortunately reminds me of Lexapro (anxiety medication) because I feel like the intuitive pronunciation is like Lexi-ih-rose (all together) as another [name_u]Berry[/name_u] mentioned.
I feel like it sounds like a computer program.
I don’t hate it
I’m on the side of the majority here… not my favorite. I much prefer Lexi-Rose. And then, I much prefer just [name_f]Rose[/name_f] …
I prefer if it was double barrel or as a fn and mn; it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing to me.
i can get behind a lot of rose names, but i really dislike lexi, so it’s a no for me.
It sounds like some kind of disease to me I’m afraid, at least in my accent I’m not a fan. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is nice, but I don’t like [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] very much.
I am sorry, to me it sounds like “sexy rose”, some kind of perfume or shower gel.
Maybe do [name_f]Alexandrina[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Alexina[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] etc. and you could call her Lexirose.
