Not at all. They don’t really sound alike except for both being two syllables and ending with A—which, let’s face it, tons of girls’ names are two syllables ending with A.
They are quite close, but it would be fine.

They’d be terrible first and middle name set ([name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] would be better), but as siblings I don’t see an issue with the two independent names.
