Lillian & Lydia for sisters?

We’re starting IVF in [name_f]September[/name_f]. Should it be successful and we carry two one girl will be called [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] (DHs choice) and mine will be a choice that I love and I don’t care of it matches [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]'s style. [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is DHs Mom and she’s passed away and he insists that [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] be the first name…I’ve tried to get it in the middle with no avail;) So my choices below are what I love and want to choose for baby B despite matching [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]'s style;) Some are family names in the middle.

[name_u]Brooke[/name_u] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] ([name_u]BO[/name_u] initials)
[name_u]Brooke[/name_u] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] (BS initials?)
[name_u]Brooke[/name_u] [name_f]Avianna[/name_f] (DH is [name_m]David[/name_m] so [name_u]Avi[/name_u] sort of honors him)
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] [name_f]Rachel[/name_f]
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Colleen[/name_f]

Again not looking to match [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]'s style. I’m naming baby B what I love;) thanks!

I love the idea of [name_f]Hope[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]!! So sweet! and as for [name_u]Brooke[/name_u] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_u]Brooke[/name_u] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], I wouldn’t worry about those initials because you have a last name to consider and add on! :slight_smile:

I think [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] and [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], while a bit match-y work the best. I don’t think it’s necessary to match sibling names, however, especially with twins, I think they should be of a similar style, should feel equal, and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] does the best job feeling equal to [name_f]Lillian[/name_f].

Of your options, I like [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f].

They don’t match; they “go”, so to my ear that makes them perfect names for your future little ones.
