I love [name_f]Lilou[/name_f]! [name_f]My[/name_f] only concern would be that it defaults/shortens to the nn [name_f]Lil[/name_f] which is a fine name but doesn’t match the sparkle of [name_f]Lilou[/name_f]. If you are considering nicknames maybe [name_f]Lulu[/name_f]?

It’s a cute and bright name, but I feel it veers on the side of being too cutesy at the moment, at least in an Anglophone country. I see it in the same vein as [name_f]Gigi[/name_f], [name_f]Cici[/name_f], [name_f]Lulu[/name_f], etc. which usually sound better as a nickname for a more established name. I feel like it is inching toward becoming a more established name in its own right, though.
