Lily and Lavender for twins?

we love flower names and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is a name i love while my husband loves [name_f]Lavender[/name_f]! do these two go together or should [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] be the name of one of our girls and another name for the other one?

I think it works! Aside from the first letter, they’re very different in sound. Plus then both you and your husband get a name you love!

I think [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] are cute for twins together.

It works as the names are different from one another.

Lily & [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] are cute for twins. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] as one name is too floral IMO.

I think they make a wonderful twin pairing! Yes, they’re a tiny bit matchy – being both L names and both nature names – but they’re very different in sound and length and I think this is one of the cases where a little bit of matchy-ness really works!

Lily & [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] is so cute!

The only negative I see is that [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is a much more common name than [name_f]Lavender[/name_f].

I actually think maybe [name_f]Lilac[/name_f] and [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] go better together as twins. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is just super common compared to [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] so it would throw me off a bit.

I adore [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] for twins!

Hmm. I don’t think it is too floral but they both sit very [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] to me. Maybe not too much so, but something to consider.

It is a nice twin pair with the differing length and sounds.

I love this combo and think it works great!

If you do decide to go first-middle, [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] is a nice combo, though I personally prefer the flow of [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f].

Gorgeous names, all around!

I think it’s very sweet. Yes, they’re a little matchy, but I think they’re cute. I also like the idea of [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Lavender[/name_f], but I actually think they’re more well balanced as sisters.

Personally, I feel the two names very flowery for twins. Also, while both are a plant, start with L, etc. they seem like two different style of names.

So lovely!
