It’s beautiful! I find [name_f]Lily[/name_f] overused tbh, but this is a nice combo. [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].
From a US perspective, [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is a very 2010s name. It’s not just [name_f]Lily[/name_f], there are plenty of [name_f]Lilian[/name_f]/Lillians with the nickname, even some Elizabeths. However, here it’s declined in usage in recent years, still not enough to be considered dated though.
Josephine really makes it shine. Both are soft, but [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is more cheerful and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] more graceful. One is short, the other is long. LJ is a good looking initial pair as well.

Lily [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is lovely! I really like the balance between the light, soft sounds of [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]’s bright, strong energy. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is definitely pretty popular (at least where I am–Eastern U.S.), but I think “too” popular is pretty subjective. I wouldn’t let it be a dealbreaker for a name you love–popular names are popular for a reason! And to answer the last part of your question, this name is versatile enough that I can picture it suiting lots of different personalities really well!
Lily has been popular and is on the decline however despite it’s popularity it never made it into the top 10. And personally I absolutely love [name_f]Lily[/name_f], and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a great combo
I think it’s beautiful! [name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. A fairly common name, but I’ve never minded it. Probably more popular now, but I’ve never had issues with it. [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a beautiful middle name. [name_f]Lily[/name_f]-[name_u]Jo[/name_u] could be a cute pet name.
