I absolutely love [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f], it has been one of my top personal favourites for as long as I can remember! I feel it is such a sweet and simple name that has a classic feel as [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is an older name but combining with [name_f]Lily[/name_f] gives it all the modernity it needs! I am obsessed to say the least! However, [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] works just as well, and is just as beautiful!
I have always preferred single middle names but I am not hating [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] in this combination, definitely modernizes it that much more! Perhaps you would like it more as [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]?
@julianicole5 Hmm, haven’t thought about [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] before. I quite like that combination!
I think 1 mn works best here, but [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] are both beautiful!
I really would have never thought of adding [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] to the two but it is such a sweet combo! I do admit, I prefer [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] to [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] it all just rolls off the tongue a lot better! Such a beautiful pairing!
I think one middle name. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. But I like [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] even more nn [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] so she has the option of [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
Lily [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] for sure - and you could even use [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u] as a cutie nickname too.
If you decide to do the double middle, then I like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. Are you trying to honor multiple people with the name or you just like the sound of the extra name?
I like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] better. It flows better. And one middle name because [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is so long. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] combo!
@J3mama In my family it’s kind of a tradition to have: Middle name - First name - Middle name - Last name but I don’t know if I want to keep that. [name_f]My[/name_f] brother want to change his name and take away one of his middle names ( His first middle name so his first name is first, if you know what I mean) and I might want to do that too. That’s why I’m asking nameberry if [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] “is enough” or if I should use [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] too.
Josephine [name_f]Lily[/name_f] is so pretty & [name_f]Lily[/name_f] feels like an unexpected middle name whereas [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] feels more expected.
I think Lily Josephine sounds better but I like Josephine Lily visually much more? I’d rank Josephine Lily over Lily Josephine, but Lilia Josephine over Josephine Lily. If that makes sense. I Lily more than Josephine, though, so to be honest, maybe I should be recommending Lily Josephine.
Good luck!
ETA: love two middles, but I’m not keen on Quinn with them. I think Lily Josephine Pearl or Josephine Lily Pearl would be great though? Something along those lines.
