We really love both or these names for our daughter due in [name]July[/name]. We’re using [name]Corinne[/name] in honor of my DH’s late sister. [name]Lily[/name] is after my grandmother, [name]Susan[/name]. We’re really back and forth with these names (well, mostly me ;))
[name]Lily[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]
I much prefer [name]Sadie[/name] to [name]Lily[/name]. The popularity of [name]Lily[/name] is a huge turnoff to me because it renders the name uninteresting (in my opinion). [name]Sadie[/name] has a sweet vintage feel to me, perhaps because I know an Amish woman named [name]Sadie[/name] [name]Mae[/name] who lives the simple and old-fashioned Amish lifestyle. [name]Sadie[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] is pretty.
[name]Sadie[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] is a great combo. It feels like a flapper- vintage and fun. [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corrine[/name] feels a bit blah. But that’s probably because I know so many [name]Lily[/name]'s between one of twenty.
I like the idea of [name]Sadie[/name], because it sounds cutesy and vintage, but I’ve never really loved it.
But I definitely think [name]Lily[/name] is prettier. [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] is lovely, and I like the fact you’re using it to honour a [name]Susan[/name].
I much prefer [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corinne[/name], personally. I like it more as a combo, and I just adore [name]Lily[/name]. I like that it has significance, which [name]Sadie[/name] doesn’t really seem to. [name]Sadie[/name]'s cute, but I don’t like it anywhere near as much as [name]Lily[/name]. Then again, [name]Lily[/name]'s very meaningful to me, as well, so I’m biased there. I think [name]Elsie[/name]/L.C. would be a cute nn for [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corinne[/name], too, if [name]Lily[/name]'s too popular for you.
I adore the combo [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]. I never really understood the love for [name]Sadie[/name], but I have seen some combo’s that really work. In this case, I still prefer [name]Lily[/name].
Gosh, I think both names are very pretty! I’d have a hard time choosing too. Especially since popularity isn’t an issue. [name]Both[/name] names are sweet and cute.
I like [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] as a combo the best. I just think it looks more appealing written down.
I love both names and both combos.
Like you, I love [name]Lily[/name] and always have wanted to use it, because my gran was a [name]Lily[/name] and my mother is a [name]Susan[/name].
Have you thought of [name]Sosie[/name]?
It’s a [name]Susan[/name] offshoot and has the same vibe as [name]Sadie[/name], to me.
[name]Sosie[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] is gorgeous
I also vote for [name]Lily[/name] over [name]Sadie[/name]. Oddly enough, I know several dogs named [name]Sadie[/name]–so I immediately think of a pet when I hear the name. And I think [name]Lily[/name] ages better than [name]Sadie[/name]. [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corrine[/name] is gorgeous. (and my daughter’s named is [name]Lily[/name] [name]Hope[/name]–so I’m biased!)
I know [name]Lily[/name] is a big NB favorite, and I want to love it, but I don’t. I prefer [name]Sadie[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]. [name]Sadie[/name] has spunk… [name]Lily[/name] seems too frilly.
[name]Love[/name] both but the popularity of [name]Lily[/name] puts me off a bit. [name]Sadie[/name] is really cute but might not age well. You could use [name]Sarah[/name] with [name]Sadie[/name] as a nn. [name]Both[/name] are beautiful.
[name]Sadie[/name] [name]Corrine[/name] is wonderful and so much fun to say! [name]Both[/name] names really complement each other! [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corrine[/name] is boring to me.
I think that [name]Sadie[/name] [name]Corrine[/name] is beautiful and has a LOT more personality than [name]Lily[/name] [name]Corrine[/name]. [name]Lily[/name] just seems so white bread to me. I’m also biased though since my daughter’s name is [name]Sadie[/name].
[name]Sadie[/name] and [name]Lily[/name] are both cute names but I prefer [name]Lily[/name]. [name]Lily[/name] seems like it can stand on it’s own but [name]Sadie[/name] is still the cleaning lady to me.
I really love [name]Lily[/name]! What about [name]Sylvie[/name]? If you really can’t pick, it sort of combines the sounds of [name]Sadie[/name] and [name]Lily[/name].
