Oops! I was silly and didn’t read the post. I’d say [name_m]Linc[/name_m] as it’s more clear it’s from [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m], and it should be fine if people are aware of the full name. Plus, as it’s just a nn, it probably wouldn’t matter too much how it’s written.

I like [name_m]Linc[/name_m] better. It’s more obvious from [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m]. To me, a link is something you click.

I prefer [name_m]Linc[/name_m] as a nickname for [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m], it seems more intuitive.

I much prefer [name_m]Linc[/name_m]. I adore [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] and love the nickname [name_m]Linc[/name_m]. Both are very handsome.

I’m one of the only dissenters! I like [name_m]Link[/name_m] better. One of my reasons is definitely [name_m]Link[/name_m] from Good Mythical [name_f]Morning[/name_f] (any other Mythical Beasts out there?). I also just like the look of it more than I do [name_m]Linc[/name_m].

For [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m], I’d go with [name_m]Linc[/name_m] as well.

I prefer the spelling [name_m]Link[/name_m] as a stand alone :wink:
