I am a staunch supporter of the name [name]Walter[/name]! So thus i voted for it 
You can’t really go wrong with any of those options. But [name]Lionel[/name] [name]Ambrose[/name] is pretty close to naming perfection if you ask me. [name]Lionel[/name] is just such a great, underused classic, and [name]Ambrose[/name] pairs up with it great. Feels both friendly and formal, both creative and classic, just hits the best of all sides.
My top 3 of your choices would be all the [name]Lionel[/name] options, just because I like [name]Lionel[/name] so much, after that it’d be really tough for me to chose. [name]Walter[/name] is my least favorite of the bunch, but all the other options are almost equal in my mind (but I do like [name]Philip[/name] [name]Hugo[/name] better than [name]Philip[/name] [name]Amos[/name]).
Voted for [name]Theodore[/name]. [name]Lovely[/name] name, awesome meaning, and [name]Theo[/name] is too cute.
Those are some great options! I especially like [name]Ambrose[/name] and [name]August[/name] since I’ve used them myself. But I also adore [name]Theodore[/name], not to mention [name]Gideon[/name], [name]Amos[/name], [name]Lewis[/name], [name]Philip[/name]…
I voted for [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Lewis[/name] and [name]Lionel[/name] [name]Hart[/name] though. I just loved the sound of LH even though I don’t particularly like any of those names. [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Lewis[/name] is very handsome.

Usually I love [name]August[/name] I just really dislike [name]Gus[/name] - reminds me too much of [name]Gus[/name]-[name]Gus[/name] and disgust. (If the nn were Auggie it would have been my only vote).
However, as stands [name]Walter[/name] [name]Gideon[/name] followed by [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Lewis[/name] are my favorites. [name]Both[/name] are super handsome and stunning.
