Thank you all for your help. Here is what we have so far:
They are starting to feel a bit lacklustre. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any ideas on how to give them a bit more oomph? Or suggestions of alternative names or combinations?
Your names are lovely. I personally love [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_u]Lyn[/name_u]. It flows amazingly with [name_f]Summers[/name_f] and is a beautiful pairing! [name_f]Hope[/name_f] you have a lovely time.
[name_m]Josh[/name_m] McLaren [name_f]Summers[/name_f]? It’s a bit over-used but personally it’ll be cute. If [name_m]Josh[/name_m] decides there are too many Joshes in his class he will be McLaren, super cute and unusual.
[name_f]Tara[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] (or [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]) [name_f]Summers[/name_f]. Very cute and same with above. If there are too many Taras the MN is very cute.
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] (or [name_f]Ella[/name_f]) [name_u]Ray[/name_u] [name_f]Summers[/name_f]. [name_u]Ray[/name_u] is a reference to the sun’s rays, which are strong in summer. [name_m]Little[/name_m] girl will think [name_f]Elle[/name_f] or [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is super fun! She can be [name_f]Daniella[/name_f] or even anything ending with [name_f]Ella[/name_f] or [name_f]Elle[/name_f] and she will be adorable!
Nathan Geoffrey is very nice, if he ends up being a twin to a little girl Natalie Georgia Summers would be extremely adorable.
Also Florence Dalia Summers is very nice and should match both you and your hubby’s likes.
[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite girl combination is [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Summers[/name_f] I think this combination works with [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] & [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Janette[/name_f] and [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] is just a lovely elegant biblical name with the fresh informal nickname of [name_f]Ruthie[/name_f] attached. [name_f]Ruth[/name_f], [name_f]Anna[/name_f] & [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] sound great together.
I love the first name [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], because it is so modern but still timeless and goes so perfect with your last name, [name_f]Summers[/name_f]. [name_f]Imagine[/name_f], a girl named [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Summers[/name_f]! Or, the name [name_u]Harper[/name_u], which is trendy and also goes well with [name_f]Summers[/name_f]. Is [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] ([name_f]Katherine[/name_f] will be the full name) [name_f]Summers[/name_f] too cutesy?
If [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]:
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Summers[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Summers[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] [name_f]Summers[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] ([name_f]Kitty[/name_f] would be great NN) [name_f]Summers[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] [name_f]Summers[/name_f]
Also, a couple of names that I really like are:
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f], with almost any middle name, because it is such a classic name and also my name, but no NN [name_f]Maggie[/name_f]- it’s just too average. Anne Margaret or Margaret Anne are names that I think will suit both you and your hubby. Margaret Ellen, perhaps? Margaret Ruth, Ruth Anne?
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] is also really cool-sounding.
Thanks lt013; I like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f]!
Thank you very much for you suggestions lacekitty. I really like [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], and am adding [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]/[name_f]Ruth[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] to the list!
Thank you so much for all your suggestions apollonia. I particularly like [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m].
[name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about -lyn or -lee fn names to honor [name_u]Lyn[/name_u] and [name_u]Lee[/name_u]?
[name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] [name_f]Katerina[/name_f] - could honor [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] and [name_u]Lyn[/name_u] (It has the A from [name_f]Anna[/name_f] - [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] is very similar to [name_f]Anna[/name_f] Karenina).
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] or [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Jubilee[/name_f] - (is a lee sound good enough to be like [name_u]Lee[/name_u]?/ does [name_f]Jubilee[/name_f] work as a [name_f]Joy[/name_f]/[name_u]Lee[/name_u] combo?
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] is pretty and timeless, but you might try mixing it up with something unexpected like Elizabette or [name_f]Elizabelle[/name_f].
[name_f]Katherine[/name_f] is also beautiful, but she could use a modern update like [name_f]Kat[/name_f] or [name_u]Kit[/name_u] or [name_f]Kitty[/name_f]. Or maybe even consider other alternatives like [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f], [name_f]Katarina[/name_f], [name_f]Katalina[/name_f], etc.
I like [name_f]Anna[/name_f], but maybe try pronouncing it like ahn-na, like the Frozen character. [name_f]Anya[/name_f] is another, similar name option.
