Our little girl Avaleigh [name]Beth[/name] [name]Gwendolyn[/name] has finally arrived, 9 days late to be precise but more importantly she arrived safe and healthy.
I got the idea for her name on the nb post “made up names that weren’t made up after all”
Hubby and I are trying to come up with
nicknames (her name is harder than saying [name]Sophie[/name] for Sophira). [name]Ava[/name]? [name]Lee[/name] [name]Lee[/name]? [name]Aba[/name] (Ay-bah)? (Her big sister’s way of saying her name).
[name]How[/name] are you nine days late when you’re due on [name]June[/name] 13th? That’s tomorrow. Huh!!!..
It’s early [name]June[/name] 2013. Congratulations on the safe arrival of your daughter! I think [name]Lee[/name] [name]Lee[/name] is so cute!
Congratulations! [name]Lee[/name] [name]Lee[/name] is very cute.
Congratulations! Enjoy your new love. [name]Lee[/name] [name]Lee[/name] is a cute nickname for her.
Congratulations! Enjoy her.
Like the suggestion [name]Lee[/name] [name]Lee[/name] but unfortunately can’t use it due to my sister saying it being a murder victim’s name.
On a lighter note here is the background to her name:
Avaleigh:
[name]Ava[/name]: [name]Eva[/name] is my one of best friends middle names (not exactly the same spelling but pronounced the same Ay-vah).
[name]Leigh[/name]: I have always liked the movie Gone with the wind and [name]Vivien[/name] [name]Leigh[/name]. [name]Lee[/name] is a family name and [name]Lilly[/name]/[name]Lil[/name] is my family nickname.
My husband and I liked the names [name]Ava[/name] and [name]Emily[/name] but wanted something that stood out a bit more then [name]Ava[/name] and [name]Emily[/name] didn’t really go with our surname.
[name]Beth[/name]: I pray to [name]Mary[/name] every now and then. I especially used to say the Hail
[name]Mary[/name] in my head on the walk to the hospital to see my husband when he was in an accident a few years ago and wanted to honour her. [name]Beth[/name] is after Bethlehem where [name]Mary[/name] gave birth to [name]Jesus[/name].
[name]Gwendolyn[/name]: my husband is a No Doubt/[name]Gwen[/name] [name]Stefani[/name] fan. Gwendolyns was a restaurant in the country which I think my grandfather partially owned or the owners were family friends. My brother and sisters had fun going there as we were growing up dancing to the piano player and playing with the cooks kids behind the kitchen. [name]Gwen[/name] is also the name of one of my work friends.

Thanks
I like your future names [name]Emiliana[/name] and [name]Nova[/name]. My cousins kid is called [name]Nova[/name] [name]Lee[/name].
Congratulations! Avaleigh goes so well with Sophira.
