I’ve been musing names for my future (possibly) daughter. I had, on my mind, the names [name]Claire[/name], [name]Zoe[/name], [name]Amelia[/name], and [name]Kylie[/name]. But, I reccently fell in love with the name [name]Fia[/name]! What do you think!

I like [name]Zoe[/name]'s meaning, “life.” I’ve thought about it along with some others that mean that like [name]Vita[/name], [name]Asha[/name], [name]Liv[/name], and [name]Vivien[/name].
I don’t mind [name]Fia[/name] but it feels nicknamish to me, perhaps for [name]Fiorella[/name], [name]Fiona[/name], or [name]Finella[/name].
I love [name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Kylie[/name] (though people will say the latter is dated). I think [name]Fia[/name] is kind of pretty, but to me it looks like an acronym for an agency.

Thank you all for you’re input! I’m not really worried about [name]Fia[/name] being too nicknamey, I’m a bit of a biased fan of short names- my name is [name]Nikki[/name] not short for anything. So I was thinking [name]Fia[/name] nn [name]Fee[/name]. But I love the name [name]Ophelia[/name]! I’ve thought of [name]Sofia[/name] and I do like it, I just feel like I would never use her full name haha! I still love the classic loveliness that [name]Claire[/name] has, I may use it as a mn.
Stripedsocks, oh I had a very dear friend named [name]Vivian[/name] and she was easily one of the most remarkably lovely people I’d ever met, her nickname was [name]Viva[/name], isn’t that cute?
I’m not so much a fan of [name]Thea[/name], the people I know with that name pronounce it thay-uh
I like [name]Claire[/name] and [name]Amelia[/name]. [name]Claire[/name] is just classically beautiful. I’m not big on [name]Kylie[/name] (a little too cutesy for my taste) and [name]Fia[/name], while cute sounds unfinished. [name]Just[/name] my opinion!

I think [name]Fia[/name] is very cute. @[name]Ottilie[/name] recently introduced the name Fiametta to me, which is Italian for “little flame” and I have had the biggest name-crush on it ever since. I just find it so incredibly adorable. [name]Fia[/name] could be a great nn for that as well! =]
Oh Fiametta is so cute! I really love that. It also made me remember the name [name]Fiamma[/name] which has a very similar meaning I think, and I am completely in love with the name [name]Fiamma[/name] now!
[name]Fia[/name] is really cute. I have a friend named [name]Sophia[/name] nn [name]Fia[/name]. I think [name]Fiamma[/name] nn [name]Fia[/name] is much cuter, though, personally.
I also really love [name]Zoe[/name], [name]Claire[/name], and [name]Kylie[/name] (in that order). [name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Claire[/name] are my favorites, but I also quite like [name]Fia[/name] and [name]Kylie[/name].
