If you are going to go with another A name, I would pick something different from [name]Abbey[/name] because it’s so close to [name]Avery[/name]. Maybe [name]Abigail[/name], [name]Alice[/name], [name]Adelaide[/name], [name]Adeline[/name], [name]Adele[/name], [name]Alexandra[/name], [name]Aminta[/name], [name]Amelia[/name], [name]Aurelia[/name], [name]Aurora[/name], [name]Alaina[/name], or [name]Alicia[/name] instead? I don’t think you have to continue the A trend though and so I voted for [name]Lyla[/name] [name]Renee[/name]. I think [name]Avery[/name] and [name]Lyla[/name] go well together as a sibset and I liked the non-A start to the mn.
I think [name]Lyla[/name] [name]Ann[/name] is nice. She’ll have the opposite initials of her older sister (A.L, L.A) and she’ll still have that ‘A’ in there with [name]Ann[/name] - which also has meaning to your family - perfect! Plus, I agree with the previous post, [name]Abbey[/name] is a little similar sounding to [name]Avery[/name]…[name]Lyla[/name] is beautiful and different. It’s a cute, spunky name for a little girl to have!
I like the name [name]Avery[/name], but I think [name]Abby[/name] is a little blah. Would [name]Abby[/name] be short for [name]Abigail[/name] or would it just be [name]Abby[/name]? Either way, I wouldn’t like being named [name]Abby[/name], while my sister had a name that seemed a little more special. If you can’t agree on other A names that you both like, don’t just go for the ‘okay’ A name, it would be more than fine to give your next daughter a name that started with a different letter. I think [name]Lyla[/name] and [name]Avery[/name] sound nice together and equal.
I like [name]Lyla[/name] [name]Ann[/name].
Yay, thank you so much for your insight…I tend to agree. We are going to go with [name]Lyla[/name] [name]Ann[/name] as of right now. Thanks again!
Yeah! That’s what I voted for too.
Another vote for [name]Lyla[/name] [name]Ann[/name].
I picked [name]Lyla[/name] - [name]Abbey[/name] seems much too similar to [name]Avery[/name]!
[name]Lyla[/name] [name]Ann[/name] for me as well. Much prefer the [name]Lila[/name] spelling, though.
[name]Avery[/name] and [name]Abbey[/name] are just too close. [name]Avery[/name] and…[name]Allison[/name] and [name]Anna[/name] maybe would be ok because they don’t start AND end with the same letters.
Does anyone think of the man’s name [name]Lyle[/name] when they hear or read [name]Lyla[/name]? I’m having second thoughts now cuz I know an annoying guy named [name]Lyle[/name]. Any ideas or wise words? Two more weeks and she will be here! Thanks
