Little sister for Wyatt

My 3yr old is [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Lee[/name]. I like names that are girly but not trendy. Our last name has 3 syllables and starts with A. Too many girl names end in A so I want to stay away from that. Possible middle names are [name]Gina[/name] or [name]Angela[/name]. The western theme would be great but I’ve searched and haven’t found many I like. I also like gem or jewel names (mine’s [name]Amber[/name]) or even something botanical.

Some names we’re considering

[name]Violet[/name] (sounds alot like [name]Wyatt[/name] when you say it out loud so I don’t know if that would be weird)
Oaklynn (OH hates this one but I’m still keeping it on the list for now
[name]Vivienne[/name] (this is one my husbands likes)
[name]Presley[/name] (goes into that western theme but not sure if it’s cutsey enough for a girl)

Any suggestions? I’m 27weeks and the list just goes on and on…

What about…

I like the Western theme:)

I immediately thought of [name]Josie[/name]. [name]Josie[/name] and [name]Wyatt[/name] sound cute together! [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Amber[/name]?
[name]Ruby[/name] (maybe a bit trendy?)

[name]Vivienne[/name] is my favorite from your list.

I like [name]Vivienne[/name] the best from your list. Some other suggestions are

[name]Bonnie[/name] (this sounds slightly western-ish to me)

I think [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Wyatt[/name] are way too close. The only name from your list that has a Western theme from your list is Oaklynn, but I don’t find it very girly. [name]Presley[/name] makes me think of [name]Elvis[/name] [name]Presley[/name]. Its cute, but not a girly name, if that is what you want. I prefer the [name]Evelyn[/name] spelling, [name]Evalynn[/name] looks incredibly tryndee. [name]Vivienne[/name] is my favorite

[name]Wyatt[/name] is our last name and it kills me that I can’t use [name]Violet[/name] because [name]Violet[/name] [name]Wyatt[/name] is a rhyming nightmare.

Names I love from your list:
[name]Vivienne[/name] - I love! It’s actually on my girls names short list.
[name]Presley[/name] - I use to babysit a little [name]Presley[/name] when I was in [name]Jr[/name]. High so I associate this name with the sweetest little girl.

[name]Madeline[/name] or [name]Madelyn[/name] might also be to your style. Also [name]Savannah[/name], [name]Josephine[/name], [name]Caroline[/name], and [name]Eloise[/name].

I like [name]Vivienne[/name] and [name]Presley[/name] from your list.

My [name]Wyatt[/name]'s sister is [name]Evangeline[/name]. We get lots of compliments on their individual names but more about their names as a sibling set. [name]Both[/name] have a classic, turn of the century sound and I like that each is a strong name gender wise without being too frilly ([name]Evangeline[/name]) or overly masculine.

I like [name]Vivienne[/name] from your list. I also like someone’s suggestion of [name]Sadie[/name]. I have a friend who has a [name]Wyatt[/name] and his baby sister is [name]Stella[/name]. My oldest son is [name]Wyatt[/name], we’re expecting our third boy, so no girl names for us!! But if this one had been a girl, we were looking at [name]Remy[/name], since my DH is part French (and I think it sounds nice as a girl’s name, even though it’s short for Remigius). Good luck!

Thanks for all the help! [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Remi[/name] and short and sweet so I like those! [name]Sadie[/name] and [name]Madeline[/name] are too popular in the area where I live. [name]Josie[/name] has been a consideration, and I believe [name]Wyatt[/name] Earp was married to a [name]Josie[/name]! haha

[name]How[/name] exactly do you pronounce [name]Evangeline[/name] anyway? I see it on here a lot but not really one I would go for.

[name]Sloan[/name] and [name]Gwyn[/name] are also being considered…

Hmm…western… [name]Annie[/name] [name]Oakley[/name] comes to mind

[name]Jessie[/name] (from [name]Jesse[/name] [name]James[/name])

[name]Martha[/name] [name]Jane[/name] was the real name for Calamity [name]Jane[/name]

[name]Dakota[/name]-I prefer on a boy but would work well for a sister to [name]Wyatt[/name]
[name]Bette[/name] (I say it bet)
