@skylerros Have you tried the above steps? Clearing cookies + cache as a first step and then if that doesn’t work, trying in incognito/private browsing mode?

Update: the drop down now says account instead of log in, but when I click it it just loads infinitely We’re getting closer, though.

Oh dear… well, at least there’s been some change! Have you tried clearing cookies again now you can see that “Account” option?
