MY [name_u]STORY[/name_u]:
Year 0: You spend your junior year of high school studying in Chile. You meet someone who you’re sure you’ve seen before. It’s your crush from school, [name_u]Ryan[/name_u]. He has recently graduated, and is taking a year to travel. You’re both going to the same place, and trade numbers. You end up spending a lot of time together. Soon enough, you’re dating. It’s great, however when your year comes to a close you both decide it’s best to break up.
Year 1: Soon after returning home to Australia from Chile, you are involved in a serious car accident. It takes you the better part of a year to recover.
Year 2: You hold off Uni to complete physical therapy. You are living with [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] and his girlfriend [name_f]Ginger[/name_f], and discover she is pregnant. They decide that the spare room you live in will be the nursery, and you will have to find a flat. You move into a small 1 bedroom in [name_m]Kensington[/name_m] 3 weeks before [name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] Chesbro arrives.
Year 3: After beginning classes at University of [name_m]Melbourne[/name_m], you adopt a dog. You choose a sweet terrier mix who is 2 years old. You name her [name_u]Clove[/name_u] and you two bond instantly.
Year 4: After struggling during the first year at Uni, you are asked to meet with the Head of School. He informs you that you did not pass enough classes to renew your scholarship. You can no longer afford Uni and have to drop out. Later that day you are walking [name_u]Clove[/name_u] through a dog trail, and run into a friend from high school. You explain your situation, and she hires you as part of her event planning company. You begin work that next week.
Year 5: [name_u]Clove[/name_u] becomes sick. You take her to the vet thinking she has the flu, only to be told that she has cancer. You cannot take off the time that is needed to provide her with proper care. Ready to relinquish her, they agree to temporarily kennel her. She spends just under a month at the vet’s. When you finally get to bring her home, she is happier than ever.
Year 6: A new employee, [name_u]Chris[/name_u] Koontz, joins the team. You think he is just friendly, until someone points out that he is flirting with you. You begin talking to another man, [name_m]Liam[/name_m], who has just moved into your building. Both are interested in you! You tell [name_u]Chris[/name_u] that you would like to keep your work and love lives’ separate, and take a chance on pursuing [name_m]Liam[/name_m]. It pays off, and you two begin dating.
Year 7: You and [name_m]Liam[/name_m] date for just over a year when you discover you’re pregnant! During your first appointment, the tech finds TWINS! You move into [name_m]Liam[/name_m]'s flat. At the age of 23, and [name_m]Liam[/name_m] 25, you become parents to [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_f]Diane[/name_f] Chesbro and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_f]Daniella[/name_f] Chesbro. The whole family is there to visit after they’re born; Your mom, dad, and step-father, along with [name_m]Liam[/name_m]'s parent’s [name_f]Crystal[/name_f] and [name_m]Keith[/name_m]. [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] and [name_f]Ginger[/name_f] visit with [name_m]Leo[/name_m], 5. [name_m]Harry[/name_m] and [name_m]Cedric[/name_m], and their 3 year old daughter [name_f]Willow[/name_f] Chesson, adopted from Indonesia, visit as well, in addition to 23-year-old [name_m]Jon[/name_m], 21-year-old [name_m]Will[/name_m], [name_m]Mike[/name_m], and [name_m]Jeremy[/name_m], and [name_m]Marcus[/name_m], now 9 years old! [name_m]Even[/name_m] [name_m]Liam[/name_m]'s sister [name_f]Jessa[/name_f], 22, and brother [name_m]Tobias[/name_m], 28, make it from Chicago and [name_f]Atlanta[/name_f].
Year 8: [name_m]Mike[/name_m] calls, and you are shocked to learn that [name_m]Will[/name_m] has been diagnosed with ALS and will no longer be able to live alone. They are looking for someone he could move in with. You talk it over with [name_m]Liam[/name_m]. He is more than willing, and [name_m]Will[/name_m] moves in the next month. After 8.5 months he is moved to assisted living. At just under one year, he becomes fully paralyzed.
Year 9: You and [name_m]Liam[/name_m] have been discussing marriage since halfway through your pregnancy, but you are apprehensive. He wants a large wedding in a swanky ballroom, while you would prefer a small beachfront ceremony. You both conclude that there is never going to be a perfect time or place. [name_m]Liam[/name_m] suggests visiting the courthouse that weekend to be married, and you can’t argue that plan. You are married on [name_u]December[/name_u] 20th.
Year 10: [name_m]Just[/name_m] before turning three, [name_f]Olive[/name_f] begins becoming unreasonably fussy. You go to wake her up one morning to find her semi-conscious. You rush her to the emergency department; The situation seems dire. She is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. She spends a month in the hospital, while you and [name_m]Liam[/name_m] learn how to count carbohydrates and dose insulin.
Year 11: [name_m]Liam[/name_m] leaves for his office as usual, working as a court reporter, and it’s just after 2 p.m. when you get a call from the emergency department. Apparently he began feeling unwell at work. When he began vomiting, an ambulance was called. You rush to the hospital to see him, only to be told that you are too late. [name_m]Liam[/name_m] passed from a brain aneurysm at age 29. You are beside yourself. The funeral is held that weekend.
Year 12: Raising two 5-year-olds and caring for [name_u]Clove[/name_u] all alone is difficult, and you decide to have [name_u]Clove[/name_u] live with [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. As recently promoted head coordinator of the company, you are responsible for finding new vendors. You take interest in a floral company, and begin speaking with [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]McGregor[/name_m], the owner. He is signed as a vendor, and you begin falling for him. He is 31 and divorced, with a 7-year-old son named [name_m]Caleb[/name_m]. You are not sure if he likes you the way you like him. You decide to hint, and allow him to take the lead.
Year 13: Your interest in [name_u]Noah[/name_u] only grows. He invites you for drinks one night after a meeting. You agree, and have a great time. You’re excited over the potential relationship. A single father from [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]'s class begins asking if you are free. [name_u]Kyle[/name_u] is 35, and a marriage counselor, although also divorced. You agree to a date, and quickly learn his manners and maturity are laughable. Informing him you will not be taking him up on any future offers, you ask [name_u]Noah[/name_u] to be exclusive. He agrees to this, wondering what took you so long!
Year 14: After dating 11 months, [name_u]Noah[/name_u] proposes. You are married on your anniversary, at a small backyard ceremony in the home of his mother, [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]. It’s beautiful, and covered in flowers. [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f], 7, are gorgeous flowergirls, and [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], 9, is the most handsome ringbearer. [name_u]Noah[/name_u] is an only child, and his father passed away when he was 19, so all of your siblings and their families make up for anyone missing: [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] with his wife [name_f]Ginger[/name_f] and son [name_m]Leo[/name_m], 12. [name_m]Harry[/name_m] and his husband [name_m]Cedric[/name_m], along with [name_f]Willow[/name_f], 10 and [name_u]Jordan[/name_u], 3. [name_m]Jon[/name_m] with his two daughters [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], 4 and [name_f]Thea[/name_f], 2. [name_m]Will[/name_m] hasn’t married or had children, but is as happy to spend time with family. [name_u]Michael[/name_u] brings his wife [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], while [name_m]Jeremy[/name_m] and his wife [name_f]Hallie[/name_f] bring their troop of [name_f]Kira[/name_f], 5, and triplets [name_u]Avery[/name_u], [name_m]Austin[/name_m], and [name_f]Molly[/name_f], all 8 months. Finally, 16-year-old [name_m]Marcus[/name_m] tags along with your mom and step-dad, and your dad is present as well. You move into his house in Greenhills [name_m]Beach[/name_m] a week later.
Year 15: Your boss announces retirement, and that she wants you to take over the company. You are shocked, but more than ready to rise to the challenge. After a few months, your company wins an award for best event planners in [name_m]New[/name_m] South [name_m]Wales[/name_m]. You gain lots of media attention, and business skyrockets!
Year 16: You and [name_u]Noah[/name_u] decide to surprise the kids with a dog for christmas. A dalmatian puppy named [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] soon joins the family. [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] joins [name_u]Noah[/name_u] at the florist shop every day, and rides with you when you pick up the kids from school.
Year 17: With work being busier than ever, you hardly notice when you don’t get a period. Only once you start seeing a baby bump do you realize you might be pregnant! Six months later you bring home [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_u]Sierra[/name_u] [name_m]McGregor[/name_m].
Year 18: You finally have your new routine down when you discover that the event planning company lost thousands in revenue the previous year, and has no choice but to close. Breaking the news to [name_u]Noah[/name_u] is hard, but he takes it well. He says he wants you to be happy. You find a new temporary position as a secretary at a non-for-profit.
Year 19: You enjoy your new job, but your family size means that you are stretching your dollars thin. When your step-dad announces that his mother has died, you pay your respects but don’t think much of it, considering you only met her 2-3 times. Two days after the funeral, he calls you and your siblings to your mom’s house. His mother’s lawyer reads through her will; She has left her inheritance to you all. By the time everything is divided, you each have a small fortune. You are incredibly grateful.
Year 20: To save money when your budget was tight in the past, you would make your babies’ foods yourself. Using the money from [name_m]Robert[/name_m]'s mother, you invest in creating a baby food company. A grocery chain offers to stock it in-store. Within 6 months you quit your secretary job, and [name_u]Noah[/name_u] retires to be a stay-at-home dad to the kids and [name_f]Lottie[/name_f].
