I’m looking for a long version of [name_u]Ash[/name_u] for a book character. She’s been named [name_u]Ash[/name_u] since I first thought of her, but I really want a long version for her proper name, though I’ve never found one I love for her.
[name_u]Ashley[/name_u] is completely out of the question, and the only other [name_u]Ash[/name_u] name I can think of would be [name_f]Aisling[/name_f]/[name_f]Ashling[/name_f], which though I love as a name, I don’t think it suits her.
I mean, unconventional, but [name_f]Ashanti[/name_f] is a beautiful [name_f]Indian[/name_f] name. Other names could be [name_f]Asha[/name_f], [name_f]Natasha[/name_f], [name_u]Sasha[/name_u], Eisha, [name_f]Ayesha[/name_f] or [name_f]Shani[/name_f]?

The first thing I thought of was [name_f]Natasha[/name_f], or maybe another Russian -asha nickname ([name_f]Masha[/name_f], [name_f]Dasha[/name_f]?)

Ashland? There is a city in Oregon named Ashland, and there have been times i’ve pondered its use as a name
