Longer versions of [name]Willa[/name] that isn’t Wilhemina?
[name]Willa[/name] can definitely stand on its own! Very pretty.
I agree [name]Willa[/name] can def. stand alone!
[name]Twilla[/name]
[name]Wilda[/name]
[name]Willoughby[/name]
[name]Willow[/name]
[name]Wilma[/name]
[name]Wilna[/name]
I think [name]Willa[/name] can stand alone, but here are some suggestions anyway.
[name]Twilla[/name]
[name]Willow[/name]
[name]Willeen[/name]
If you want a longer name you could try [name]Wilmette[/name], [name]Wilma[/name], or [name]Willow[/name].
I like [name]Willa[/name] best on its own. [name]Love[/name] it, actually.
[name]Willa[/name]'s fine on its own. There is also [name]Willamina[/name] though. Same idea as [name]Wilhelmina[/name], but a little less clunky.
Awilda .
I also think [name]Willa[/name] is fine on its own, although I like the notion of it being for [name]Twilla[/name].
[name]Willa[/name] can stand on its own. I know several people called [name]Willa[/name]. [name]Wilhelmina[/name] is clunkier and hard to carry, but [name]Willa[/name] is short and cute and I think it will grow well on a girl. [name]How[/name] would [name]Twilla[/name] be pronounced, like twill? If so then I don’t particularly like that name.
[name]Twila[/name], one l, is generally pronounced TWY-la, not TWILL-la, a la “Twilight” and [name]Twyla[/name] Tharp. I definitely think [name]Willa[/name] can (and should) stand alone- it’s a great name!
[name]Willa[/name] can certainly stand on its own.
[name]Willabelle[/name]?
