[name]Hi[/name] there! Someone mentioned the name [name]Annelise[/name] in another thread, and I’ve been thinking it over ever since then. It’s so pretty. (I’m pronouncing it [name]Ann[/name]-uh-leese, is this correct?) I’m having a hard time finding a name that fits with it though. Anybody have any suggestions of either a first or a middle name for [name]Annelise[/name]?
What do you think of
[name]Jocelyn[/name] [name]Annelise[/name], nn [name]Annie[/name], or [name]Sara[/name] [name]Annelise[/name], nn [name]Annie[/name]? (My hubby would love to use the name [name]Sara[/name].)
Any suggestions of sibling names for [name]Annelise[/name], nn [name]Annie[/name]?
Thanks in advance! Looking forward to hearing from you!
[name]Annelise[/name] [name]Violet[/name]
[name]Annelise[/name] [name]Mae[/name] (although the s attaches to the M a bit…)
[name]Annelise[/name] [name]Delphine[/name]
[name]Annelise[/name] [name]Jane[/name]/[name]June[/name]
[name]Annelise[/name] [name]Ruby[/name] (I kind of hear the s attaching the the R a bit, but I still love it)
I think that [name]Sara[/name] is beautiful, but because it ends with an A, I don’t think it flows very well with [name]Anneliese[/name]. (I’m sorry…)
[name]Sara[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Sara[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Sara[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Sara[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] (I’m one who pronounces it with three syllables, whith the middle being very subtle)
[name]Sara[/name] [name]Margaret[/name] (Kind of R heavy, but not too bad…)
[name]Sara[/name] [name]Violet[/name]
[name]Do[/name] you like [name]Seraphina[/name]? You could always call her “[name]Sera[/name].”
[name]Anneliese[/name], [name]Annalise[/name], [name]Annelise[/name], etc. are all beautiful names. My personal favorite is [name]Anneliese[/name] because I love Scandinavian names.
[name]Anneliese[/name] [name]Ingrid[/name] - see comment below.
[name]Anneliese[/name] [name]Pippa[/name] - love these two Scandinavian names together.
