I am looking for new fresh names for a girl. I am 13 weeks and I know I have lots of time but I feel like i have been through every name out there. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband hates everything I suggest. He is stuck on the name [name_f]Violet[/name_f] but I’m just not sure I’m totally in love with it.
We like shorter not common but not unusual names. We live in a small town so we just don’t want to have 1 of 5 [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]'s. I’m really open to any suggestions as my husband is super picky and this time around we don’t seem to be on the same page. Our first 2 daughters we agreed right away.
Olive and [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] come to mind as less common alternatives to [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. [name_f]Olive[/name_f] might be a little close to [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], but [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] would work beautifully in your sibset! (Your older girls both have gorgeous names, btw. I like your style!)
Other ideas:
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_u]Louise[/name_u]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]
I think [name_f]Violet[/name_f] would work perfectly with your daughters’ names (they’re wonderful, by the way!). However it’s important of course that you both love the name.
Amelia & [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] are lovely. I love [name_f]Violet[/name_f], but kind of find it too close to [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] anyway. And it’s actually fairly common too.
Congratulations! [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] are beautiful names! I think [name_f]Violet[/name_f] fits in very well. Here are some other options… (take any repeats as me seconding the name)
Since both of your daughters have a flower name [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] as well as a name that ends in ia [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] suggestions are:
Current daughters
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]
