Looking for Opinions on Baby girl's name

Hello,

I am curently in my 29th week of pregnancy and we are expecting a baby girl in [name]September[/name] :D. This will be our second child. Our first was a boy named C r u z A n d r e s C l a r k e R o d r i g u e z. Andres is a family name from my husband’s side and [name]Clarke[/name] is my maiden name. For our baby girl I am really loving the name [name]Veda[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Love[/name]. [name]Veda[/name] means knowledge and [name]Josephine[/name] is my grandmother’s middle name and also my sister’s middle name. What do you think of the name as a whole and do you think [name]Cruz[/name] and [name]Veda[/name] sound good together? I personally love it so I’m just hoping to hear what you berries think. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I love the name and agree that [name]Veda[/name] and [name]Cruz[/name] sound cute togethere.

I love [name]Veda[/name] and [name]Josephine[/name] together! I think the flow is beautiful, and I love both those names! [name]Veda[/name] and [name]Cruz[/name] also go well together [name]IMO[/name] too! Congrats!

I really like [name]Veda[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] and think it goes really well with [name]Cruz[/name]!

Is [name]Veda[/name] pronounced VAY-duh? Or VEE-duh? Or VEH-duh?

I love it! [name]One[/name] question: how are you saying [name]Veda[/name]? I’ve never heard the name before. Is it VAY-da, VEE-da, or [name]VED[/name]-uh?

Tawnysaurus: great minds

Haha…Nice:)

[name]Veda[/name] has fantastic and works well with [name]Cruz[/name]. I pronounce it Vay- da.

I’ve always heard it as Vay-duh. Same as in My Girl, but I believe this spelling has Sanskrit origins instead of the rather questionable, possibly related to [name]Valda[/name], possibly made up because of it’s pleasing sound, [name]Vada[/name].

I think [name]Veda[/name] is perfect with [name]Cruz[/name], and [name]Veda[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Love[/name] is, well, lovely

Same pronounciation as My girl so Vay-duh. I prefer the [name]Veda[/name] spelling over the [name]Vada[/name] because it has history and actually has some meaning. Plus, when I get a tattoo for my baby girl I can always use the symbol for [name]Veda[/name].

Thanks for your input guys
