@ rkrd - Thanks for your suggestions! I’ve considered [name_m]Clive[/name_m] in the past, and I think I might consider it again…I like short, retro boys’ names such as [name_m]Keith[/name_m] and [name_u]Glen[/name_u], so [name_m]Clive[/name_m] fits right in. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] & [name_m]Clive[/name_m] are just adorable! [name_m]Bertram[/name_m] is interesting, and though I like it, I wouldn’t say it’s my style. [name_m]Gaylord[/name_m] is a little much, I think, for any modern boy to wear.
@ mama869 - lovely suggestions! [name_f]My[/name_f] favourites are [name_m]Simon[/name_m], [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], [name_m]Walter[/name_m], [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] and [name_m]Rupert[/name_m]. Thank-you!
@ dinosaursroar - I wish I were brave enough to use some of your suggestions! [name_m]Merlin[/name_m], [name_u]Sterling[/name_u], [name_m]Fergus[/name_m]…so cool!
@ honnepon - I like [name_m]Jasper[/name_m], [name_m]Edmund[/name_m], [name_u]Owen[/name_u] (though I think it’s a little too popular), [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] (though our cat is named [name_u]Theo[/name_u]…), [name_m]Rupert[/name_m] (and I had a cat with this name), [name_u]Everett[/name_u] (though my husband met an absolute nightmare of a child with this name at his school last year…so I guess this one’s a no), [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], [name_u]August[/name_u], and [name_m]Silas[/name_m].
Thank-you for your suggestions! Honestly, I’ve used up so many perfectly good human-names on cats over the years, it’s crazy.
