My husband and I are expecting our first in [name_u]March[/name_u]. We’re both nerds–he of the video game/pop culture persuasion and I of the literary and history buff persuasion. After a lot of names we disagree on, we settled on [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] for a boy. The historical context as well as the fact that we met in [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] parish make it a solid choice, plus it has the geek-chic nn [name_m]Link[/name_m] (from The [name_u]Legend[/name_u] of [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]). We also like [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] for a girl (I did a lot of masters work on [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] [name_m]Woolf[/name_m]). I also love [name_u]Austen[/name_u] for a girl, but he’s not there yet. We can’t seem to find any middle names that work well with the names we like.
Our last name is a single syllable, rhyming with [name_f]Elle[/name_f].
Any suggestions would be great.
