It’s the second week of school & I’m already having to keep my 6yr old girl home! Developed fever yesterday, temp high again today. There’s a 24hr rule here: must have normal temp for 24hrs before returning to school.
Does anyone know if loosing the baby teeth can 'cause fever just like getting the baby teeth in?? There are no other symptoms just the fever. Checked her teeth today & none of them seem to be loose at all. But she’s at the age to start loosing her baby teeth.
She is of the age that she should be getting her first adult molars. Are they coming in? They will be coming in behind that last teeth in her arch. I have never heard of any fever from losing baby teeth and if none of them are loose then it doesn’t sound like she will loose them any time soon, so that likely isn’t an issue.
